All their talk about repairability is just marketing speak to make it sound like they're doing it.

And just like USB-C, they'll only do it when forced yet act like they did it on their own accord and that it was for the environment and not that they had to.

Besides, even if they wanted to start making their devices more repairable, it might take a generation before we see significant changes. Tooling, manufacturing, and supply chains take time to set up with new changes.

You are right, this should be known knowledge for most that follow right to repair.

Video is just seeing what is different about the iphone 15 pro max; if new ways to make it harder to repair were added.
