Now that foreign powers are focused elsewhere, a future nuclear Iran has become a regional problem for the Middle East. Cooperation makes sense.

The US has tried to bring peace to the Middle East for some time. During these efforts we have worked with many leaders who are less than stellar realizing that they are key to this peace.

We wanted peace so we could keep getting oil, nothing else. Don't pretend like democracy is what people care about
