How to download updates for mega database?? (lemmy.ml)

I have mega 2022, but i don't know how to download all these updates people are giving in parts here... If i want all of it, should i just download the last part or all the parts from 1-42?

You need all of them! Then you should import one after the other into the mega. However, the updates are for mega 2023! First you should therefore download the mega 2023 as a basis for the update import.
