OMFG! This is a shot across the bow of every skeevy publisher that’s done everything they can to screw the creators of myriad fictional characters in a variety of arenas. You go Mr. Willingham and god bless!

Oh wow. OH. WOW. As I recall, it's a darn good comic book too. I approve of this.

It's absolutely fucking amazing imo. I've sadly never finished it but read up to volume 18 I believe.

The world he crafted with all the different stories woven together was wonderful.

I gotta go find the last few volumes to complete my set.

His issue is primarily with DC and how they publish his comics. Instead of trying to sue such a large company he released his works into the public domain.

IIRC Coventry was kind of a Fables prototype. So what he started there was likely worked out through Fables.
