If I'm working late and a have a 5 min nap anytime after like 4pm, it makes me have insomnia that night by more than 5 mins. Happens quite consistently.

I have a lot of inertia both falling asleep and waking up. It is very rare than I can nap, but in the rare cases that I do nap I have strange dreams and wake up exhausted. The only times I remember napping have been when I have walked outside when it is very hot and sunny and gotten heatstroke, so maybe that's why I have bad experiences with it.

I love 5 min naps. Yesterday for some reason at around 4:30 PM I was unable stay awake any longer. I don't know why. I slept good the night before for 7h. So I decided to take a quick nap on my desk. I had more energy than before the nap
