so Google has this advanced search option called "usage rights", I'm looking for something similar that's privacy respecting. (I'm NOT looking for image search, I know there are a lot of services for that)

Duckduckgo and Brave Search too have that option, in the license filter

I can only find the option for image search.

I tend to search for strings, like 'CC-BY-SA', because you'll get things like Deviant Art images which are CC, even if the site isn't.
