More than likely. In the C-suite, you can't admit you made a mistake because business logic is faulty and you'll get replaced asap.
They’re trying to starve the writers and actors out.
Disney has been putting out a lot of shitters under the current ceo so I don't think they have room to be insulting their employees.
He just came back and took over for Bob Chapek in November. The strike was authorized in April. At this point half of the time since he came back, WGA has been on strike.

I mean, they have piles and piles of cash. They can shit on their employees and have terrible business practices for decades before it really matters unfortunately.
Im rooting for the unions but I'm not going to be surprised if Hollywood is able to starve them out pretty badly.
