No, this is why you don't pass on the right. Not sure about where this was taken, but lots of places have laws about this. And the ones that don't, it's still a bad idea. The blind spot of the driver is worse on that side.

Van should’ve been checking his mirrors better but OP also should’ve not been going faster than the travel lane in an exit-only lane.
yep because i was in the lane and traveling the speed limit.. apparently to you i need to be a mind reader and know when i see an idiot.. very much like yourself is one!
