I have a Cabronita style guitar (Harley Benton). I would like to swap pickups with some hot humbuckers but I don't want to have to carve the body to accomodate them. I'm looking for recommendations

When I lookup Cabronita guitar I see a Tele with what looks like Filtertrons, I guess they're technically Fidelitrons though? Would regular Filtertrons fit? What about Seymour Duncan Mini-buckers?

I wouldn't try swapping for extra cost and effort to end up with a common layout and a butchered guitar. Get another guitar instead. Sell that one if you don't want Filtertrons at all.

I already have another guitar for different tunings but I really like the Cabronita-like because it was a gift and I want to use it for the genres I play. A pickup swap sound good and it'll get me to play it more

Seymour Duncan makes a hot filtertron. You can also just search for filtertron sized pickups and find some options. Some of the sets will probably cost more than the guitar did though.

You can also try raising your current pickups to get a little more output if you have the space for it.
