Mostly me going fast and not doing things parametrically. Also incompatibility between different object types where I needed to create a Body from a Part to use it in a PartDesign Boolean.

I might, but first I would need to clean up the file a bit and make things a bit more parametric. The problem is that darts are all differently sized, it's difficult to make a case that fits all.
Ah, gotcha. Then maybe I'll have to design it custom for him. Having something to go off of would nonetheless be appreciated if you find the time!
