I've worked pick/pack at Coles with pick rate expectations. it is indeed far from safe and I wouldn't do this work for less than $50 an hour ever again.

These workers need to ACTUALLY organise, the trade union movement in this country has been captured by capital and is a fucking joke. if you're on the line make sure you have enough savings banked because UWU won't help you out.
