Holy shit 91 octane is premium in the US? 'Cheap' fuel is 95 octane E10 in the Netherlands. 98 for performance fuels.

Here in NM we have 86, 88, and I think 90. Back when I lived in PA it was the same as this image, but also 94 or 95.
