Cake - Love You Madly never fails to put a smile on my face.

A bunch of Cake! I might have picked Stickshifts and Safetybelts.
Thatβs by far my favorite Fashion Nugget track! When it pops up on shuffle itβs a forced sing-a-long. Thereβs no other option.
I love Cake. Have you heard Cheekface? Their deadpan vocal delivery and absurb lyrics often remind me of Cake.
Italian Leather Sofa and Sheep Go To Heaven!
Dead Milkmen - Punk Rock Girl - My cool older cousin introduced me to the Dead Milkmen before Beelzabubba came out and gave me his Bucky Fellini tape. So this song inspired some fond memories anyway, but then it's also just so damn good. Absolute classic.
This band will always put me in a good mood, especially anything from Eat Your Paisley, Bucky Fellini, or Beelzebubba. I can be in the darkest, most depressed mindset and this band will never fail to cheer me up.
I have no idea how I deleted my comment....

absolute classic!
Watching the video this morning, I think this was actually a really formative musical moment for me. Super catchy, slightly subversive, kind of awkward & nerdy bands/songs have appealed to me ever since. I'd say without even knowing it, this song really paved the way for a love of power pop.
The New Pornographers, Falling Down The Stairs Of Your Smile.
Ooo!!! NP! Yes. For me from them, the song βMass Romanticβ gets me boppinβ hard!
Damn, I havenβt listened to The New Pornographers in years. Now I know what Iβm listening to the rest of the day.
The new album is a vibe.
Birdhouse in Your Soul by They Might Be Giants. No reason really. It's just fun.
oh my god, yes. So many TMBG songs would work!
...and somehow I deleted my comment and all the replies. Cool cool cool.
Repost.

oh no!! it's all good.
Hmm I still see your original comment and the replies on my end. It might be instance dependant
Yeah, I think once it goes out it can't be deleted from other instances, just my own.
The song is nothing but a blast to sing and dance to, makes me deeply happy!
"Cha Cha Cha" by The Little Ones
This is great. Will be listening to them some more today.
it's just insanely catchy
Nothing to Fear, by Depeche Mode
No idea what volkiano means but Remi Wolf's music is always fun
I just shared Woo! in the community - love Remi!
Not so much a song as an entire album. The Courtneys II by The Courtneys.
nothing wrong with a happy album!
There are a few kinds of happiness, so here are a few songs:
- "A Little Bit Of Love" by Weezer (General happiness)
- "One Way" by Levellers (Anarchic happiness)
- "Pork and Beans" by Weezer (Self-love)
- "The New Year" by Death Cab for Cutie (Not really sure how to explain)
- Anything by "Weird Al" Yankovic (Comedy)
I don't tend to listen to much happy music, as it turns out, so I ended up going through my entire library and making a playlist, which you can find here.
can - you doo right
