Original Title: Our toilet flush handle was sticking, causing continuous water flow (arm dragged against the bowl). Creating a washer to hold it parallel fixed it but installation was inconvenient, requiring chain and nut removal. V2 added a slot to avoid removing parts and a tab for grip during tightening—simple.
