The cool white color tones aren't my personal preference, but I appreciate the theme none-the-less. Is there a strip going behind the desk? I wonder if you could add a backlight to the monitor itself, or if that would be too much. I feel like there's a certain subtleness too it right now that you wouldn't want to lose.
Maybe the headphones could be placed differently. My main nitpick is that one of them blocks the view of the monitor(speaker) behind it. Personally, I like the under-desk mounts like this.
Plant life could get you some aesthetic points too. It looks like there may not be much natural light available though, so that may or may not be a possibility.
