I don't understand. Is this related to Node.js or programing languages generally? Is Node.js defining π as a fraction internally?

Edit: maybe it's circular dependencies?

Basically, Node developers tend to have a habit of using external packages for everything. Even stuff that are trivial and which you can implement yourself in seconds.
