I don't think you're supposed to post business ads in this community (and most others); hence the downvotes.

It's coming from an instance that exclusively has spambots, I don't think that's an human

It doesn't. szmer.info is just a regular Polish instance. These spammers just targeted it.

at first glance it looked like it was full of spammers since i saw their irrelevant posts everywhere.

A big problem for instances: admins can't easily see what their users are doing outside their server, but outside people everyone is assuming that's just a spam instance to just blocklist or defederate. Maybe there should be a "cool down" feature where new users can't post outside until manually approved or after a period of time
