He will always be remembered as a suspected racist and leaves after a bunch of awful results. Hopefully they can find someone as progressive as Arteta.

Haven't watched the women's side all that closely, but it very much felt like the writing was on the wall, which I think said a lot about the current situation.

There have been concerns about how white the Arsenal team has been in recent years and our signings. Personally I think it's more by negligence and lack of proper scouting than racism, and that's an institutional problem rather than directly on the manager, but...

I mean tbh, it's pretty clear our scouting is inadequate — we've signed how many players from Sweden now?
