Whenever I click on a link, Thunder opens it under Chrome (embedded). Is there any way to change it to Firefox?

Make Firefox your default browser in the OS settings

It is, but it still opens in Chrome.

Not for me... Try disabling Chrome on your phone, this should force web-view to fall back to something else.

I like to use URLcheck. It gives you option to open links in whatever browser you want. Although it might be annoying to some, as it introduces additional step when opening links. https://f-droid.org/packages/com.trianguloy.urlchecker/
