Agile is extremely overdue for a re-term. And most teams need to reconcile that working in time boxed cycles can still meet up with timelines. What FAANG is doing does not make sense for majority of companies.
I don't think this is even an unpopular opinion anymore. Well, at least as long as you're not asking scrum masters.
