Recently I binge watched Abbot Elementary, and I couldn't get enough of it, watched the British version of ghosts and it was quite good too.

I have tried "what we do in the shadows" and it wasn't to my liking.

What are your suggestions about a light comedy series of the same genre ?

Still Game. Watch with subtitles.

If you haven't seen jury duty, that was a great, if short series worth checking out

Ghosts. Both the UK and US versions.

For something a little more recent I've enjoyed Resident Alien quite a lot.

I'm really enjoying "Good Omens" on Amazon Prime

If you liked Abbot Elementary, you'll also like Home Economics. Coincidentally I only watched it because it started auto playing after Abbot Elementary finished.

A lot of good suggestions in this thread, but for a combo of what you've already watched (Abbott Elementary and the British version of Ghosts) Bad Education is a comedy about a subpar British teacher.

The latest season of Miracle Workers is great. This season's theme is End Times. I just wish they had more episodes.

We loved A.P. Bio. The students really made the show an absolute delight.
