Yes I will sell a kidney to keep suing this company that has more money than god for the privelege of (let me check my notes) paying them thousands of dollars per year to not get drunk in their fancy exclusive club

Don’t build your identity off a relationship with a corporation.
If your local country club kicks you out, at least you can appeal to the membership.
In this case it seems they actually own their local country club:
“My wife and I are both dead set that this is an absolute wrong, and we will fight this to the death,” Scott, who owns a golf course in Gilbert, Ariz., told The Times. “There is no way we’re letting this go.”
Sounds like he should start his own Club 33 with blackjack and hookers.
And bottomless red wine glasses.
Besides a wealthy tithing Christian, what loser pays 100k a year to hang out in a place you can't drink or use profanity?
Students in Utah universities?
Clash of clans players and other mobile game whales.
As an outsider who never heard of this case, I'm going to side heavily with the large corporation. If I can literally feel how insufferable this couple is, then imagine what it would be like to have to be around them for hours at a time. Insufferable couple vs insufferable corporation.
unstoppable force vs immovable object

There has to be more to the story. I know a few people who got hammered at the drinks around the world thing and all that happened was security made sure they got back to their room safely.
It sounds like there’s a specific clause for members of Club 33. I suspect it goes back to Walt’s old bans on alcohol in the parks.
