I found the new FP user intro stuff over there very useful, and many of the guides (eg guide to Chinese fountain pens, etc) were great. If we could recreate some of that, would be awesome!

Not currently as Lemmy doesn't offer a wiki. It would need to be hosted as another service. You could do a wiki type post that we could pin, though.
I spun up a couple of docker containers with mediawiki as a test, willing to host, or we could also use something like fandom (?) - IIRC they are free, and... Well, we're as rabid about our fandom as their usual users are about theirs.
