Not sure that this belongs here. Sure, some of the hypotheses are a little on the edge of possible, and there are a handful of leaps in logic, but there's really nothing in that post that's conspiracy or made up.

Except for all the wild, vague statements generalising our current experience on earth and coming to conclusions that don't hold water. Sure, it's fun to fantasize about "what if?", but even if you genuinely can't answer some of these questions, that doesn't mean the answer is "secret advanced civ".

I think claiming that it's inspired by an episode of Doctor Who places it firmly in the realm of insane.

Even your link says that the name was inspired by that. Nothing more.
