Capitalists: working together

Workers: working together

Capitalists: “wait, that’s illegal”

And why does the union put up said barriers? Could it perhaps be 'cause of something the company did previously? 🤔

Unions are great as long as the workers keep control of it. Harrassment of non-compliant workers is not how you build a union.

yea, or even just properly organizing it.

First unionn I ever joined gave me a contact person that had just quit! (it did get sorted out, but took a while)🤣

I know some people get over-zealous when hiring, have you had any experiences with harrasment? 🤔

Nothing I'd want to share with an internet stranger.

Unions are pretty much the standard here, and we have a right to. It's great!
