For my birthday I gifted myself a DIY Pedal Kit: it's a clone of a quite famous effect, can you guess what it is?

Like I said to the other guy, I cheated a little because I've already helped put one together. I really liked it.

Enjoy your project!

This is my guess too. I think the hole pattern for the pots and the led location are a give away. If you look at the pcb in the bag, there's some evidence of a tube screamer typology. The pot in the other bag seems a correct value as well. And the lable clearly says Earth Screamer. That's a pretty strong hint.

I helped a friend build one so I cheated a bit. I like the way it's voiced. Sounds really good through my Vox with his SG.

I've still got a TS7 laying around from 20 years ago. It was the pedal I learned to mod on (it was cheap and there were schematics everywhere!). My mods sounded like garbage but I learned a ton. The soldering inside looks janky as hell, too.

could be pretty much any one of them. is it a reverb? or a distortion/saturation/overdrive?

Congrats! Building pedals is a ton of fun.
