They are always mad in every sense of that word.

And in every case. They cannot be happy: their happiness is range-filled delight

"And in every case. They cannot be happy: their happiness is range-filled delight"

They're the Gordon Ramsay of the political landscape?

Right you are, Ken.

They should be happy since they keep saying that Biden is ruining the country.

Are they admitting that they never cared about the good of the country after all?

In any sane universe, a presidential candidate being forced to back out right before the convention would be a source of absolute glee for the opposing party. It'd be considered a huge loss of momentum and a sign that the party is disunified and collapsing on itself.

The fact that MAGA is genuinely upset about this really speaks volumes about how resoundingly unpopular Biden is, and what little appeal Trump has to campaign on outside of anti-Biden sentiment.

This timeline is weird as hell...

I like how they are mad that they spent the entire time insulting a person over running on actual policies, and now they have to pivot and insult a second person instead of running on actual policies

All this bluster about "wasting" millions of dollars attacking Biden is telling, because that's literally the GOP platform in a nutshell. God forbid they actually put forth policies that improve the lives of American citizens, or, I don't know, spend their time arguing their case for why their candidate should be president in the first place.

It's the "cheating" statement that's extra infuriating. This isn't a damn football game, we are trying to choose the best possible person to lead the country. YOU [the GOP] made the case that Biden wasn't that person and now you're mad they [the DNC] listened?

[–] aleph@lemm.ee 9 points 1 month ago (1 children)

This isn’t a damn football game

Try telling that to millions of Americans; That's literally how they see politics.

Oh hey, look at that, the authoritarian right is mad that they can't rely on the thousands of created memes and generated voices to besmirch Brandon. The only thing the right hates more than minorities is work. The lazy right don't want to make more memes for just 3 months.

[–] ThePowerOfGeek@lemmy.world 9 points 1 month ago

Yeah, now they're going to have to put in a ton of extra effort to come out with fresh racist misogynistic memes filled with stupid strawman arguments! It's so unfair! Won't someone think of the white supremacist Bubbas and the Russian troll farm workers?! /s

That's how you know it was a good decision.

No problems with idiots asking Trumps' PACs for a refund. They will have to fight and will be disappointed, and the PACs will have less money.
