They think the opposite to a far right violent Abrahamic extremist...

Is a far right violent Abrahamic extremist, who follows a different prophet.

Fucking Abraham won bro, most of the world worships the god his schizophrenic brain dreamt up that told him to murder his family

But for same strange reason his teaching seems to result in people thinking that God is telling them to kill people...

They can't take the win. Because far right violent extremists need a Boogeyman to constantly blame shit on.

The one on the left didn't marry a pedo

[–] Diplomjodler3@lemmy.world 42 points 4 months ago* (last edited 4 months ago)

But the book she holds was written by one. I'd call it a draw.

[–] Ghyste@sh.itjust.works 37 points 4 months ago

She might have. Never know.

[–] Kusimulkku@lemm.ee 3 points 4 months ago

Do we know that for sure?

[–] Lemjukes@lemm.ee 31 points 4 months ago (2 children)

Yikes that’s a weird photoshop of LBs face…

[–] Lemjukes@lemm.ee 14 points 4 months ago (1 children)

But like, I can’t stop looking at it… it’s so odd.

Someone found their kink, I see

They forgot to match the skin tones...

[–] III@lemmy.world 6 points 4 months ago (1 children)

I am not saying this isn't a photoshop, but I have seen much worse makeup lines in the actual real world.

[–] Nythos@sh.itjust.works 3 points 4 months ago (1 children)

But this is still most definitely a photoshop.

[–] Crashumbc@lemmy.world 2 points 4 months ago

Yeah not sure why they did it.

[–] Aceticon@lemmy.world 29 points 4 months ago (1 children)

The one on the left is probably putting herself under far more personal risk than the one on the right.

[–] nexguy@lemmy.world 19 points 4 months ago (1 children)

I don't know... the one on the right could be called to give a good ol Christian theater blow jobbing at any moment.

[–] exanime@lemmy.world 8 points 4 months ago (1 children)

Yeah but that's what she likes to do so it's not a chore

[–] nexguy@lemmy.world 3 points 4 months ago

It is from her favorite passage in Blojobony 6:9

"Whilst viewing Beetlejuice, thy beetle isn't the only thing that should be juicing. Amirightbro"

[–] PhlubbaDubba@lemm.ee 19 points 4 months ago (2 children)

Ok I've seen that picture of the one lady on the left like a million times, do we actually know who she is?

Because the idea of a woman being a fighter in a fundamentalist Mujihideen kinda seems out of place when you think of it.

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reem_Riyashi

Palestinian suicide bomber who killed herself and 4 Israelis in 2004.

[–] PhlubbaDubba@lemm.ee 8 points 4 months ago

That unfortunately makes more sense

[–] Doorbook@lemmy.world 11 points 4 months ago (2 children)

I think this is misconception. In history you can read about contribution of women fighters in islam. Here is one of the oldest “Nusaybah bint Ka'ab”

There are more if you would like to search.

The islamic history is interesting, you will find many “progressive” things compare to today “extremist muslims”.

[–] PhlubbaDubba@lemm.ee 4 points 4 months ago

Yes. But the implication is usually that she's one of the extremists. Who are distinctly not as progressive as some historical movements in the religion.

[–] IzzyJ@lemmy.world 2 points 4 months ago

They literally have their own version of the Leviticus debate about gay people, and its almost exactly the same "the one book that brings it up was talking about rape actually" "no it wasnt"

[–] Crashumbc@lemmy.world 9 points 4 months ago

Why'd they Photoshop the one on the right?

[–] jaybone@lemmy.world -3 points 4 months ago

Well one doesn’t have to wear a hijab and has control over her own body. Though oddly the Supreme Court she is probably in favor of is going to take away her right to have control over her own body, maybe they will make her wear a hijab too.
