I'm looking for a small setup that allows the panel to be removed without removing screws from the roof and exposing holes.

Does the panel really need to be removed? Would a plug shortly after the panel suffice? By plug I mean a waterproof DC connector, two or three wire depending on your panel.

10W? What kind of roof? Residential? RV?

Shed. It's for a small lighting setup for when I use it up to a couple minutes at a time.
