While funny: this is common practice. If a real ip is listed someone may attempt to mess with it. This is the exact reason phone numbers shown in media are now are led with 555.

Just pull from the RFC-1918 range… most of the time a 169 address can look legit.

Using the ip 123.456.7.89 would be the easiest way to protect your ip, literally no one will be able to get it.
