I'll be speed running these today!

[โ€“] Oneobi@lemmy.world 16 points 1 year ago (1 children)

You total legend.

I hope you know how many people are ready to hit the buy button once the app launches!

[โ€“] hogart@lemmy.world 4 points 1 year ago

Yeah he should be able to get a decent amount in the pocket for the huge work he is putting in.

[โ€“] lotanis@discuss.tchncs.de 13 points 1 year ago

I just refreshed the page expecting to see progress on a few and it's actually "14 closed". Nice work!

Testing subreddit links /r/android and user links /u/ljdawson for:

https://github.com/laurencedawson/sync-for-lemmy/issues/56

Edit: fixed

Absolutely killer feature. Every time someone discovered it on the sub you could tell it was a revelation.

The link opens reddit sync surprisingly.

I can't sleep with the excitement ๐Ÿ˜ญ

[โ€“] jacktherippah@lemmy.world 7 points 1 year ago

Sir, I love you!

Nice, I was a bit sad to see such a long list before I could finally try Sync. I guess you work fast though!

[โ€“] Razp@lemm.ee 5 points 1 year ago (1 children)

Only 4 more to go. Will you skip publishing multiple versions (like standard, Pro, Dev..) and just publish a single version with in app purchases?

[โ€“] ljdawson@lemmy.world 13 points 1 year ago (1 children)

2 now!

Just one version now. Much easier

[โ€“] Razp@lemm.ee 5 points 1 year ago (1 children)

Amazing. Will you bring back the Ultimate thingy eventually?

[โ€“] static@midwest.social 4 points 1 year ago (1 children)

Ultra exists in this version it just doesn't do everything ultra for reddit did. Also it's currently monthly or annual

[โ€“] Razp@lemm.ee 3 points 1 year ago (2 children)

So no lifetime this time :)

[โ€“] static@midwest.social 5 points 1 year ago* (last edited 1 year ago)

I think he said eventually but not until Lemmy as a whole is more mature

As of right now USD $1.99/mo, $16.99/year

A shame but understandable.

I see remove flair.. hopefully comment out... I personally really hope Lemmy adds flair. It'd be really nice to organize posts

[โ€“] Coelacanth@feddit.nu 4 points 1 year ago

I'd like user flairs on Lemmy, but I'd absolutely kill for tags for posts. Would make filtering certain content much easier.

[โ€“] chloyster@lemm.ee 2 points 1 year ago

Post flairs are my number 1 most wanted feature at the moment. It would go a long way helping keep communities tidy for everyone

[โ€“] Myrbolg@lemmy.world 1 points 1 year ago

Ha yeah, I guess a large part is taking Sync for Reddit and removing stuff that's no longer valid, given that both functionally are very similar.

[โ€“] dep@lemmy.world 16 points 1 year ago (1 children)

None of these look like blockers to me #sendit

[โ€“] godless@feddit.de 15 points 1 year ago

The actual blockers were fixed in the first couple days, if not hours. We are now at beta 23 within just 10 days since the internal testing began, lj has been working like a madman.

[โ€“] 1984@lemmy.today 6 points 1 year ago

Go go go :)

[โ€“] ComradeBunnie@aussie.zone 5 points 1 year ago
