Started wearing sunscreen more consistently

Switching to a zinc-based soap replacing salicylic acid wash in the morning. And using a squalene cleanser, adapalene, and moisturizer at night. My skin has been much happier ever since!

Which zinc cleanser are you using?

It's a bar soap I use with a washcloth for full body coverage. I follow up with a shower moisturizer to prevent drying out my skin in the morning.

Washing off my makeup as soon as I'm home for the day. It's a small thing but I feel so much better

Including face wash and exfoliant in it

I add to my skincare routine these two tip. First tip: Facial massages at night: After I remove all my makeup, I massage the areas where I want to improve fine lines or prevent them. I use this oil lipikar

Second tip: I got rid of my cotton pillowcases and started sleeping on satin pillowcases. The gentle glide protects your skin and creates less friction, keeping it hydrated and healthy while you sleep. I use this one satin pillowcase the set comes with 2 pillowcases.

Extra tip: Change your pillowcase at least twice a week for better skin

Keeping it simple. On the nights I don't want to use a face wash, toner, serum, moisturizer and Vaseline, I just use Albolene as a make up remover (to get off my sunscreen) and wipe it off. What remains becomes my moisturizer /occlusion steps. I can't do it every night because it causes me to break out if I use it too many days in a row. But for once or twice a week it works great.
