All infrastructure across the united States is like this. I'm pretty sure Flint never got clean water. We are actively being harmed from the way our taxes are handled and paid.

Fun fact: Atlanta already has some of the highest water bills in the country because we spent something like $4 billion over the last decade stopping the combined sewer from overflowing (to comply with a consent decree). And that's just for sewer; it doesn't even include any money for fixing the supply side of the piping!
