They should refer to him as convicted felon Donald Trump every time they use his name. Put it all in his face at every turn. Bring up old shit tie it all together and air it all but above all lean into the convicted felon part.

His supporters do not care.
Swing voters and undecideds do. A significant number of people have said they won’t vote for him again if he got convicted.
It’s for the independents
If you’re undecided about whether you think Trump or Biden are better leaders in an election at this time, I think news of Trumps conviction isn’t going to sway you. Sorry for sounding so jaded but I just can’t fathom this swaying anyone. I personally don’t understand those people.
it's not his supporters who need to hear it on repeat.
it's the 30% of people who don't decide until they go into the voting box, who claim to dislike both sides etc.
Twice impeached, convicted felon and rapist, Donald Trump.
We need to call him a rapist as often as possible. He has done some truly awful shit, but on a basic human level I think this is the worst. He was found by a court of law to have raped a woman. And based on Stormy Daniel’s latest account of their weird consensual sex, Carroll was almost certainly not the only person he raped.
Biden's next move: Don't get convicted of any felonies and watch as the media continues to pitch the horse-race and BSAB narratives.
"Sure Trump has now been convicted of 34 crimes, but Biden didn't ride a unicorn to my house and give me everything I wanted under a rainbow in the sky so I don't know who to vote for. I mean, I know Joe isn't doing great with Israel now, but something about Trump saying he would do worse really makes me not want to cast my totally centrist and not-at-all bad-faith vote for Biden, you know?"
His own words! "I'd finish the problem". Sweet merciful fuck that guy is mask off evil and still people decry harm reduction.
It says something about the state of our democracy that Biden even needs to make another move.
In any sane society, Trump would have been run out of town on a rail.
Admit defeat in the felony race?
“1. There’s no need to spike the football when the conviction is already dominating the news; 2. polling suggests the race will turn on other issues, so seizing on the conviction could be a trap; and 3. they can always readjust if the conviction somehow turns into more of an anchor for Trump.”
This is the best summary I could come up with:
Twelve jurors in New York have presented their fellow Americans with a simple question: are you willing to elect a convicted criminal to the White House?
On Thursday, Donald Trump was convicted of all 34 counts of falsifying business records in his hush-money trial, a verdict making him the first former president to be found guilty of felony crimes in America’s near 250-year history.
Sentencing was set for 11 July, just days before the Republican national convention in Milwaukee, where Trump would become the first convicted criminal to be anointed a party presidential nominee.
Trump benefited from the fact TV cameras were not allowed into the courtroom, reducing the drama and spectacle offered by the Watergate hearings or the OJ Simpson trial.
A parade of Republicans, including the House speaker, Mike Johnson, came to the court to show their fealty to the president, with most of the fanboys wearing a Trump suit, white shirt and crimson tie.
Trump, who has recently been tempting fate by talking a lot about Al Capone and Hannibal Lecter, inevitably emerged from the court on Thursday to declare, frowning, that “it was a rigged trial, a disgrace”.
The original article contains 816 words, the summary contains 192 words. Saved 76%. I'm a bot and I'm open source!
Biden's next move: Nothing.
while 76% said a not-guilty verdict would have no impact
And this is playing pretty true with where I live. Pretty much Trump was found guilty, everyone spent 37.1839 seconds processing that new bit of information, and then went on with their day with the needle on how they will vote in November moving 0.3nm in either direction.
Like, how everyone is going to vote. That's already done. There are very, very, very few people who are left in the undecided category. So, this whole thing wasn't going to change the calculus of anyone running for office.
Biden’s next move? It’s Miller Time, pal.
Bet he's got some really good ice cream going on tonight lol
This strategy is called "watching your opponent shoot themself in the foot."
