On a Samsung Note 10, I click on that button when I take it screenshot, and it'll just scroll, and I can click it as many times as needed.

What kind of Phone do you have? Mine cost ca. 200€ when I bought it in 2021 and it has that functionality. To compensate it has a shitty camera and some other slightly outdated hard- and software.
I have some kind of a Samsung but it doesn't have that button.
At least, I don't think it does.
