iOS 16 & 17 - Share sheet all apps missing (lemm.ee)

Anyone have any ideas on how to resolve an issue I'm having on my iPhone where the share sheet only shows AirDrop, Messages, Mail, News, and Books? I have many, many apps installed that offer share extensions (Facebook, Instapaper, Things, among many others), and many of Apple's own apps (e.g. Notes) are missing from this list too.

You'll note from my screenshots that the missing apps are not listed under More.

What I've tried so far:

Reboot my iPhone
Delete and reinstall some of the missing apps
Upgrade from iOS 16.5.1c to iOS 17 Public Beta 1
Reset All Settings

None of these have made any difference to the issue.

This was confirmed to be a bug in the Pocket Casts TestFlight build I was using.
