I have no idea what HRV status is but in my old bed it was unbalanced. Every night since the new bed and mattress it's been balanced so I assume that is a good thing.

I definitely feel like I sleep better.

A low HRV is usually an indication of illness, back when I was tracking it I could tell when I was on certain medications by looking at the graph. Not 100% sure how scientifically robust it is but interesting to follow along for sure.

Heart Rate Variability. I'm not convinced of it's value as a health metric but I haven't read the research. e: I first heard about it on the Joe Rogan podcast over ten years ago when he still had interesting guests. I'm skeptical of anything I hear about on a podcast.
