I had my knees crack for as long as I can remember. I was a fit kid and everything. I’ve always wondering what that was about.

I think some of us are just more prone to snap-crackle-popping. I consistently pop my knees, fingers, back, and even neck every day.

One bad move, and you'll unlock spectator mode.

Its just a gas that causes it

Some docter did it with his hands for years. No issues.

Won a nobel prize.

I cracked every joint in my body, as well as my neck and back while reading this. The ankle is probably the most satisfying. It feels so good 🤤

Elbows for me. My arms go to roughly 175 degrees instead of 180, so if I try to extend them further they crack

Same here. The whole gym echoes as I do heavy back squats with my cracking knees but there's never been any pain so I'll just keep doing it.

Have you tried stretching? I have had this same issue for years, also with back pain, and have finally started seeing a physical therapist. She has had me doing a lot of stretches and using a roller on the leg muscles and I can already feel the difference after only a few sessions.
