Sinn Fein President Mary Lou McDonald has spoken out about the harrowing experience of an Irish woman in Dubai, stating: "Following one particularly severe beating in which her husband repeatedly tried to break her arm, Tori escaped upstairs and she attempted to take her own life. Tori now faces charges in Dubai of attempted suicide and the abuse of alcohol."

"The system over there, rather than protecting this woman, who is an Irish citizen, chose instead to detain her, to charge her.

Dubai is where you can literally see modern slavery.

It's crazy that slavery is still legal in the USA. You should just export it to the third world like the rest of us.

That's not a US specific thing, it's the exact same in pretty much all first world countries. Even if your stuff isn't manufactured by literal slaves, its build by Eastern European minimum wage slaves that aren't treated much better than literal ones.
