So many good ones listed here! Iโ€™ll add cauliflower, leek and potato. I make it with a base mix of stock and milk, then once veg is cooked blitz it up and add a handful of grated cheddar and heat and stir through until it melts in. Sooo good. I like to put plenty of cracked pepper on top when eating.

Pea and Ham. Or probably just pea as I'm working on becoming vegetarian. It's the toast soldiers and butter that make it for me.

Silverbeet soup exists and other people seem to enjoy it.
