I mean idk how long youve done it for but if it hasnt killed you then it cant be that bad for you.
I'm in my 20's, there's plenty of time lol. Just a lot of sitting. And way too many hours working a week, plus an ever changing schedule resulting in terrible sleep.
And admittedly this is a nice passive way to decompress after a work day
