frame gen? for sure, you are right. upscaling? Upscaling is an amazing way to improve your framerate dlss is often indistinguishable from native except for the framerate. And even fsr 1 which is the worst method for upscaling that doesn't get any help from AI or motion vectors but that's compatible with every single game works often great for me upscaling from 1080p to 1440p
