Anybody Done GPU pass trough on Nix? (sh.itjust.works)

I've found a few guides but most of them or hard to understand or poorly written, I've done pass trough on proxmox and Arch Linux.

I tries this guide but no luck

I've had VFIO passthrough setup on a NixOS host before without issue. While this guide isn't the one I followed it is an accurate and good guide.
