For the purposes of this community, "retro" means platforms launched in 2001 and earlier, and games for those platforms released through roughly 2007. This means that the Xbox, GameCube, Game Boy Advance, and PlayStation 2 are the cutoff consoles.

How about the RG351M or RG351MP?

What environment to run on it? RetroArch? RetroArch wrapped into something?

SteamDeck with EmuDeck works great. I’m not familiar with the ones you mentioned.

the RG351 costed barely more than 100Euros when i got mine :)

Does EmuDeck support RetroAchievements? I'm assuming that is some sort of front-end? I've been considering one, but I'm hooked on RA lol.
