I've ready so many high fantasy novels that sounded like they started off as DnD campaigns. Turns out like half of them were lol.
Right? Sometimes going crazy and writing a book is the easiest option.
I've listened to music albums that I'm absolutely convinced were a ttepg campaign at one point.
There is this book I really liked when I was 15, still think it's really good. It took me a few years to realize that the book is just a very elaborate rendition of a game of Werewolf (similar to Mafia).
