Pretty much the title. That way Block isn't so lonely in its own long click menu. Also, they're both two sides of the same coin, so makes sense to have them together.

The long press on community name isn't very discoverable for new users. I wouldn't know it existed unless I was following the changelog. Any reason why the actions aren't just added to the post's ellipses?

The ellipse has too many actions already and I don't want there to be more in that menu.

Also, we're adding more actions like subscribing, instance block etc to that menu.
