Ok I’ll admit I don’t understand the arrows and AB please help.
It's an old Nintendo console code that Baku is about 20 years too young to have first-hand knowledge of. But it lives on as an Internet meme.
It's funny, I keep wondering what tidbits of culture will go on as time goes by. I remember loads of stuff from the late 70's and early 80's that nobody else seems to relate to. Things like bits from the Paul Hogan show, "tiny Tina" (a 5-year old Tina Arena), heaps of songs and advertising jingles.
Other stuff survives. Like the Konami code. Why this code and not "IDDQD"? I can never predict what stuff will get retained.
Iddqd and idkfa are stuck in my head forever. Fragments of the others.. idpispopd?
