'Bahhh both sides are the same' is used to drive voter disaffection, dismiss guilty actions and lets the exact cycle of behaviour op is complaining about continue

Criticising major parties = "dismisses guilty actions and perpetuates behaviour"? That is some very strange logic.

You're not criticising though. You're equating. Pulling the whole business down to a zero-sum draw
