Does anyone have suggestions for vacuum space bags that stay compressed please? The budget ones I bought somehow keep reinflating themselves no matter how carefully I seal them and suck out all the air.
Ps. Is there any difference between the Sard brand laundry soap bar and the pack of generic laundry soaps next to it? Is it just the inclusion of eucalyptus?
Slightly different fats used in its construction. Velvet is just as good and much cheaper imo. Velvet is lard based, Sard uses the lighter fraction hydrocarbons left over after petrol production. As does Pears soap. Generic brands usually use either lard or palm oil - you pays your money and takes your pick.
Does Howard's storage world still exist? I have old vac seal bags from there that are still sealed 10 years later. Cheaper newer ones barely last a week.
Bigw sells the same ones as Howards for $39
I got the current ones from either Big W or Kmart, maybe a few Ikea in there... I'll look at the more expensive ones
If you want something specific for stains, I find the Exit Soap sticks work better than sard. Canβt comment on regular wash usage though, for that I rotate between whatever powder or liquid is on special.
