Hmm I don’t know what to have for dinner tonight.

Seems I may have lost my appetite today after having an argument with someone close to me this afternoon.

Need to keep my mind occupied and busy to stop dwelling on things.

Definitely try and put something together, it'll help take your mind off the argument. I made my risoni pasta with heaps of veg and it's taken off some of the edge of the day. That sense of accomplishment and completion is useful.

Thanks. I’ll try and make something when my tummy settles.

I might just do a lazy 2 minute noodles night tonight.

I might have some risoni but all I have is baby peas and I’d probably need to season it up a bit though I don’t have much.
